I was in the private club golf business for over 20 years. My father, and grandfather were Golf Professionals. My husband, Michael, is also a Golf Professional. Golf in a private club is definitely a high level service business, and there isn't anything I enjoyed more than taking care of the members individual needs!
I am also a Graduate Gemologist, (GIA). That was a fabulous business! My favorite part of that career was teaching people about all types of gems. Some people could not learn enough, others got on overload very quickly. The key is teaching someone as much as they want to know to make an educated purchase!
The service industry is were I belong. I enjoy people, have a great ear for listening to your wants and needs, am a strategic planner, and also a practical negotiator - even between couples - :)
My husband and I are newlyweds, married in 2015. We have known each other for 30 years, and it's easy for us to say that we have each married our best friend. My son Ryan is 26, lives in California with Rosie, and has a very successful career. My dad "Spike" passed away in 2014, and my mom lives in Florida. Michael and I have a home in Massachusetts and Florida.
My career in the Real Estate business was fired up after I realized, with all of the building, remodeling, staging, selling and buying of real estate I have helped people fulfill, that I really, really like the profession! It was time to make it a career.
